Wellvolution is an online platform that covers 6 health topics delivering a personalized, curated, and clinically proven path for each member to improve their health - all at no additional cost to the member.

Blue Shield Subscribers: Wellvolution Rewards Challenge is a new program and will be held during the 2019-20 Wellness Campaign.

November 2019 - March 2020: When a member registers for Wellvolution and chooses a program they will be eligible to receive a $25 electronic gift card.  To register, visit www.wellvolution.com.

MHM! is pleased to offer a variety of worksite wellness classes to all employees. By participating in a wellness class, you can learn tips to reduce stress, discover ways to incorporate healthy food choices into your diet, and much more! MHM! Is pleased to offer onsite fitness activity classes to all employees at no cost. Attend a class today and take the first step to becoming a new, healthier you!

All online classes are held 6:30pm – 7:30pm. The class schedule goes as follows:

Monday: Meditation – Meditation is one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distress, and promote the peace of the present moment. When Practiced regularly, this class aims to reduce high blood pressure while enhancing energy, clarity, and well-being. .

Tuesday: Yoga – Relax your mind and body with yoga classes! .

Wednesday: Zumba – A total workout, combining all elements of fitness this Latin-infused dance class also features salsa, reggae, and belly dancing. It’s fun and engaging for beginners, seniors, and all levels. .

Thursday: Yoga – Relax your mind and body with yoga classes! .

Friday: Fitness – This class is designed to cater to all levels of fitness including beginners. It focuses on engaging and toning various parts of the functional body while improving energy, endurance, cardiovascular strength, and flexibility. Many of the exercises in this class may involve the use of resistance bands, balls, or light weights. .

    Rewards Eligibility: Must be a County employee to be eligible for Steps to Success rewards and incentives. All rewards and incentives are subject to inventory/fund availability.
