Redlands Community Hospital Maternal Child Classes

The Redlands Community Hospital (RCH) offers in-person and virtual childbirth and breastfeeding classes for new parents. Class dates and times are available through the month of August. A fee may be required. It is no-cost for Medi-Cal or IEHP members. If you have questions, call (909) 793-6330.

Help Me Grow Inland Empire Program

Help Me Grow Inland Empire can help families find a pediatrician, get a developmental screening, and navigate referrals. They can also connect you to other resources, including food and shelter. Learn more at or call 1(888) 464-4316.

Enroll in the Black Infant Health Program

The San Bernardino County Department of Public Health Black Infant Health (BIH) program is a free prenatal program for African American women designed to lower health and social inequities for women and infants. If you're an African American woman, less than 30 weeks pregnant, 18 years or older, and a San Bernardino County resident, you may be eligible. Join a sisterhood that supports you while you prepare for your new baby. For more information, please contact the BIH program at 1-844-352-3985.

Enroll in Head Start and the Early Head Start Program

Learn about the San Bernardino County Preschool Services Head Start and Early Head Start. It is no cost to qualifying families including pregnant mothers and children ages zero to five with disabilities. Visit or call (888) 543-7025 for information.
