Summary

On Sunday, May 18, 2014 , at approximately 1:34 a.m., the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Dispatch Center received numerous 911 emergency calls of possible gun shots being fired in the area of  north F. Street and 41st Street in the unincorporated area of San Bernardino.  Multiple callers reported hearing at least 40 gun shots in the area.  Deputies responded to the area and identified a crime scene.  Several bullet casings were located in the street showing evidence of a shooting.  There was damage to at least one house from the gun shots.

Deputies made contact with the suspects at a residence on north F. Street after finding evidence of a shooting occurring at that residence.  Deputies conducted their investigation and learned that one of the suspects (Elissa Guillebeau) used a high-powered assault type rifle to fire several rounds in the area after the occupants of two vehicles drove by the residence and shouted out gang related statements and threats.  The unidentified occupants drove away in their vehicles.  It is unclear if anyone inside the vehicle was injured.

During the investigation, marijuana was found growing at the residence along with processed marijuana and suspected methamphetamine.  Four handguns, one sawed-off shotgun and a high-powered rifle with a large capacity magazine were recovered by deputies.  The suspects were booked at the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino.

Deputies are asking the public to come forward with any additional information concerning the two vehicles that left the secne or if there are any additional victims that have not been identified.

Any information or details can be reported to the Sheriff's Central station at 909-387-3545; Attention Detective Ruiz or Deputy Popa.
