On March 13, 2014, Jacqueline Noonan, who is on probation for a prior narcotics related conviction, was contacted by San Bernardino County Probation Officers and San Bernardino County Sheriff's Deputies as she sat in her vehicle in the 7300 block of Dumosa Ave, Yucca Valley with the 12 year old victim. 


During the contact with the suspect deputies conducted a probation search of her vehicle.  Deputies learned that prior to the search the suspect had handed the victim a pouch containing nearly one ounce of suspected methamphetamine and numerous hypodermic needles in an apparent attempt to conceal the items from law enforcement officers.  


Noonan was arrested for felony child endangerment and possession of a controlled substance for sales, as well as for probation violation.  She was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail and is being held without bail.  The victim was taken into protective custody and released to the Department of Children and Family Services.
