INCIDENT: PC 422, Crminal Threats

                     PC 212.5, Residential Robbery

                     PC 459, Burglary

 

LOCATION: 6900 BLOCK OF N. CONEJO AVE.

 

SUSPECT(S): Jennifer Nicole Miramon, 32 year old female, resident of San Bernardino

                        Anthony Jacob Hernandez, 23 year old male, resident of San Bernardino

 

 



Summary

On 052814, deputies were dispatched to a residence in the county area of San Bernardino for a report of a residential robbery. While at the location deputies positively identified Jennifer Nicole Miramon and Anthony Jacob Hernandez  as the suspect's in the case.  Miramon was found to be on parole and Hernandez on felony probation.

 

Both suspect's entered the victim's residence without permission with the intent on robbing the victim.  Miramon made several threats against the victim while Hernandez assaulted the victim and stole property from him.  Both suspects then fled the scene.  State parole assisted and both suspects were later arrested together in San Bernardino. The stolen property in this case has not been located.  It was later learned that the robbery was a result of an attempt to collect money for  illegal drug sales.  

 

Hernandez was booked at the Central Dertention Center and is being held without  bail.  Miramon was not booked for medical reasons and her case has been forwarded to the District Attorney.
