INCIDENT: Vehicle Burglary Search Warrant Service


LOCATION: 1100 block of Oakwood Ave, Rialto

                       1000 block of Wilson Street, San Bernardino


SUSPECT(S): Daniel Ray Mosqueda, 25 years old, Rialto

                        Karina Andrea Montalvo, 23 years old, Rialto

                        Mark Anthony Gray, 26 years old, San Bernardino

                        Yessenia Sanchez, 33 years old, Rialto



VICTIM(S): Various citizens of Rancho Cucamonga



In November 2013, Rancho Cucamonga detectives received various reports of vehicle burglaries and the suspects would use stolen credit cards to purchase fuel and food at locations throughout the Inland Empire. Based upon their investigation, Detectives positively identified Mosqueda, Montalvo, and Gray as suspects using the victims' stolen credit cards.  On Thursday, January 2, 2014, search warrants were served at homes in Rialto and San Bernardino, and all three suspects were taken into custody.  Sanchez was taken into custody for drug possession at the Rialto home. 

Additional evidence of identity theft and burglary was recovered in the homes of the suspects.  All three suspects were booked at the West Valley Detention Center.
