INCIDENT:    PC 496d- Possession of Stolen Vehicle

 

LOCATION:   Sterling Ave / Baseline Street        Highland

 

SUSPECT:    PIMENTAL, Paul, age 25 a resident of San Bernardino

 



Summary

On Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at approximately 9:23 p.m., Deputies from the Highland Police Department were on routine patrol in the 25500 block of Fisher Street, when they observed a pick-up truck traveling westbound on Fisher Street. A records check of the license plate revealed that the truck was a stolen vehicle.

 

Deputies initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle, and contacted Pimental who was driving the stolen vehicle.

 

Pimental was found to be on active CDC Parole for a prior robbery conviction, and is also a documented gang member. Pimental had an active NO Bail Parole Violation warrant for his arrest.

 

Pimental was arrested for the above charges, and booked into County jail in lieu of No Bail.
