INCIDENT:      Attempt Burglary


LOCATION:      5700 block of Sycamore Court, Rancho Cucamonga

SUSPECT(S):   Kylon Fleming, age 19 a resident of Rancho Cucamonga




On Friday, February 7, 2014 at approximately 4:28 p.m., deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to the report of an Attempt Residential Burglary in the 5700 block of Sycamore Court in Rancho Cucamonga. 


Upon arrival, deputies were informed by the homeowner that as he arrived home he noticed a suspect attempting to break a window at his residence.  The homeowner yelled at the suspect and immediately called 911 for assistance.  The suspect quickly fled the location in an unknown direction.  Deputies obtained a description of the suspect and immediately began a check of the area.  Within minutes, the suspect was located. 


The suspect was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for Attempt Burglary.
