SUSPECT(S): Joseph Mark Gracia, 32 year old male, transient in San Bernardino

                        Monica Patricia Aceves, 34 year old female, resident of Running Springs

                        Victor Villa, 31 year old male, resident of Running Springs

                        Cedric Velasquez. 30 year old male resident of Running Springs

                        Chase Reynolds, 24 year old male resident of Running Springs

                        Gregory Lawrence, 47 year old male resident of Running Springs

                        Raquel Fonseca, 28 year old female resident of Running Springs

                        Gilbert Esparza, 62 year old male resident of Running Springs


On December 21, 2013, deputies were dispatched to the area of Victoria Ave. and Highland Ave. reference a stolen vehicle being seen in the area.  Deputies located the vehicle and arrested Joseph Mark Gracia and Monica Patricia Aceves.  The suspects were found to be in possesion of the stolen vehicle along with suspected stolen identification and credit cards.  The suspects were also in possesion of illegal drugs and a large amount of cash.  The case was filed by the San Bernardino District Attorney's Office.


On February 12, 2014, deputies served a search warrant in the City of Running Spring related to this crime.  After further investigation, deputies determined several probationers and parolee gang members were in violation of several drug and weapons related crimes, including possesion of drugs for sales.  Six suspects were arrested and booked into the Central Detention Center.


During the investigation, deputies developed information that the stolen 2013 white Dodge Challenger CA- 6ZSS709, had been rented out to other criminals to commit unspecified crimes.  Members of the public who may have information about the same or  a similar vehicle being used to commit crimes are encourage to contact the number listed below.
