On Monday, April 28, 2014, at approximately 1343 hours, deputies from the Apple Valley Police Department responded to the 19000 block of Frances Street regarding a suspicious circumstances call. Upon arriving at the location, deputies contacted a female who advised her sister was possibly deceased in a residence.
