RESD services fall under two categories: Property Management & Leasing and Acquisitions & Dispositions. Our Property Management & Leasing division handles contracts including revenue and expense leases, licenses and use permits. Our Acquisitions & Dispositions division handles acquisitions, appraisals, eminent domain and sales of surplus property.
