Real Estate Services Department

The Real Estate Services Department (RESD) provides services specifically for the San Bernardino County government and other governmental agencies.  Non-governmental agencies and members of the public seeking real estate services should consult a local agency or the California Association of Realtors. RESD is a multi-disciplined department of real estate professionals providing the County of San Bernardino and other government agencies with comprehensive real estate services. With a staff of highly qualified managers and real property agents, RESD has established a strong reputation among its clients for providing exceptional technical expertise, administrative services and client responsiveness. Our department is prepared to customize its capabilities to meet your agency's specific needs.

RESD services fall under two categories: Property Management & Leasing and Acquisitions & Dispositions. Our Property Management & Leasing division handles contracts including revenue and expense leases, licenses and use permits. Our Acquisitions & Dispositions division handles acquisitions, appraisals, eminent domain and sales of surplus property.
