Disc Golf is a fun activity for the whole family. Similar to traditional golf, the goal is to complete each hole with the fewest number of throws, starting from a tee area and finishing at the Disc Golf target. Generally, a course is 9 or 18 holes long. Unlike traditional golf, you play with a flying disc rather than ball and clubs. And best of all you can play in tennis shoes or sandals!
Disc Golf is one of the best lifetime fitness sports. It is easy to learn, a healthy activity and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.
