Code Enforcement

To our valued customers:

Although the offices of Land Use Services are closed to the public during this public health emergency, we are doing everything in our power to maintain our normal operations. We are still accepting land use and development permit applications. We are still reviewing plans, issuing permits and performing inspection services. We are still investigating complaints of potential code violations. View our  implemented changes to protect your health and ours here.

Please see the important information regarding Short Term Rentals in operation here.

Due to the COVID-19 emergency, all permitted short term rentals in the County should cease operations. More information about short-term rentals and the COVID-19 emergency can be found using the link above. The County is still processing and reviewing short-term rental permits so that there is no delay in use when the emergency measures are lifted.

At this time due to the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) emergency and Governor Gavin Newsom’s order for residents of the State of California to stay at home Code Enforcement Offices are closed.  Code Enforcement issues can still be reported via email and voicemail. Please click the link below or call 909-884-4056 if you wish to place a complaint. It is important that you include all relevant information in your message including: complete address of violation, detailed description of violation, your name and phone number so we can contact you if additional information is needed. Complaints will be verified by a Code Enforcement Officer as soon as possible but you should expect a delay in response time as we work together through this situation. Thank you.
