PROPERTY OWNERS REQUESTING RESEARCH

  • If you are the property owner searching for historical permits, please review the requirements to obtain permit history here: Property Owner Permit Research Information Sheet
  • Once all information is gathered for your request, please complete and submit the application located here: Permit Research Application

  • NON-PROPERTY OWNERS REQUESTING RESEARCH

  • Once all information is gathered for your request, please complete and submit the application located here: Permit Research Application
  • Submit completed applications to: luscustomerservice@lus.sbcounty.gov. A staff member will be in contact with you to confirm that your request has been received. Please allow a minimum of 30 business days to process request. Upon completion of Permit Research, findings will be sent to your email.
