ANNOUNCING ONLINE PERMIT RESEARCH

Free to everyone. Permit research includes Building and Safety applications submitted after June 30, 2017.Please watch this Permit Research Video for instructions and then go to https://ezop.sbcounty.gov/CitizenAccess/ to perform research.

    PROPERTY OWNERS REQUESTING RESEARCH

  • If you are the property owner searching for historical permits, please review the requirements to obtain permit history here: Property Owner Permit Research Information Sheet
  • Once all information is gathered for your request, please complete and submit the application located here: Permit Research Application

  • NON-PROPERTY OWNERS REQUESTING RESEARCH

  • If you are NOT the property owner searching for historical permits, please review the requirements to obtain permit history here: Non-Property Owner Permit Research Information Sheet
  • Once all information is gathered for your request, please complete and submit the application located here: Permit Research Application
  • Submit completed applications to: luscustomerservice@lus.sbcounty.gov. A staff member will be in contact with you to confirm that your request has been received. Please allow a minimum of 30 business days to process request. Upon completion of Permit Research, findings will be sent to your email.
