Walkadoo is a wireless pedometer-based program that makes walking fun! Each day, you get a step card via email or SMS that's been created just for you, based on your walking habits. Wear your pedometer, take your steps, and connect with other members on the Walkadoo website.

Meditation Mondays: New for 2018-19! Classes begin Monday, September 17th! Meditation is one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distress, and promote the peace of the present moment. Although many find it can be difficult to meditate without a teacher or guide. Guided meditation literally walks students through a mediation while helping them find a calm and peaceful state one step at a time. When practiced regularly, this class aims to reduce high blood pressure while enhancing energy, clarify, and well-being. Registration is REQUIRED. View the flyer which includes registration link.
FIT Fridays: New for 2018-19! Classes begin Friday, September 21st! This class is designed to cater to all levels of fitness, including beginners. It focuses on engaging and toning various parts of the functional body while improving energy, endurance, cardiovascular strength, and flexibility. Many of the exercises in this class may involve the use of resistance bands, balls, or light weights. Registration is REQUIRED. View the flyer which includes registration link.
Rewards Eligibility: Must be a County employee to be eligible for Steps to Success rewards and incentives. All rewards and incentives are subject to inventory/fund availability. Employees who are enrolled as a subscriber in a County-sponsored medical/dental plan may be eligible to participate in the Walkadoo Rewards Challenge. Dependents may participate in MHM!, but are not eligible for rewards. Employees who opt-out or waive their health coverage to a County-employed spouse or registered domestic partner are not eligible to participate in Walkadoo Rewards Challenge.
