Note: If you are receiving care for a serious health issue, such as an acute condition, pending surgery or advanced pregnancy, you may be eligible for Kaiser’s Continuity of Care program. This program can allow you to continue getting care from your current doctor or hospital. New members must meet certain criteria to qualify for Continuity of Care. As a new member, to apply for Continuity of Care, please call 1.800.464.4000, weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM and weekends from 7 AM to 3 PM.
