The Employee Benefits and Services Division (EBSD) provides comprehensive benefits and services to eligible employees, retirees and their dependents through strategic planning, negotiation and implementation of County benefit programs. Services include health, vision and dental plan options, life insurance, medical reimbursement plans, dependent care assistance, disability plans, salary savings, wellness programs, and leave programs.

What's New in Benefits

The County of San Bernardino's annual Combined Giving Campaign is here!  This year's theme "Little Gifts...Lasting Impact", highlights how even a small donation of $1 can make such an important impact for those in need.  Please Click here to learn more including a list of participating charities.


The Modified Benefit Option (MBO) is an alternative benefit package available to selected job classifications throughout the County.  Attorney Unit classifications have been added!  A special MBO Open Enrollment for employees in the Attorney Unit will be held from October 15th - October 26th.  Click here for more information.
