The application period for the 2013-2014 Grand Jury is November 30, 2012, through February 28, 2013.  You can now complete your application on-line! Complete the application, print, sign and mail/deliver as stated on application.

2011-2012 Grand Jury Final Report is now available


The county Grand Jury is charged by the California Penal Code to investigate all aspects of county government, including cities and special districts, to ensure the county is being governed honestly and efficiently and that county monies are being handled appropriately.  The Grand Jury also hears information on criminal investigations.
