Complaint Process

  1. Complete Grand Jury complaint form, sign and date. Attach any and all documents pertinent to the complaint.
  2. Mail form and documents to the address noted on the complaint form itself. A letter of receipt will be sent by the Grand Jury office.
  3. A complaint committee will review the complaint. It will be determined if the complaint is within the jurisdiction of the Grand Jury and if the complaint will or will not be reviewed further.
  4. If it is determined that the Grand Jury will review the complaint further, it will be assigned for that purpose. A letter will be sent stating that fact.
  5. If it is determined that the Grand Jury will not be reviewing the complaint further, a letter will be sent to that effect.
  6. You may or may not be contacted further by the Grand Jury.
  7. By law, the Grand Jury cannot disclose information as to an investigation. The only information available regarding a complaint will be included in the Grand Jury Final Report, which is published around July 1 of each year.
  8. Please contact the Grand Jury office at (909) 387-9120 for any additional information.
