- An overview of the California GIS Council and recommendation for forming a Regional Data/GIS Council for the Inland Empire will be presented.
- 3.2 Action Item: Adopt a set of Bylaws - Brent Rolf

- As requested on the March 19 meeting, a subcommittee consisting of representation from SANBAG, WRCOG, and San Bernardino and Riverside County drafted a proposal for the formation of an Inland Empire Regional Data/GIS Council. To fulfill this request, the subcommittee drafted a set of bylaws for group to review.
- Note: the subcommittee suggests that the group wait until FY02-03 to elect its officers (circa July 1, 2002) and use the current SANBAG Data/GIS Users Group Chair, Brent Rolf, in the interim.
