Welcome to the County of San Bernardino Clerk of the Board of Supervisors web site.
The Clerk of the Board provides support of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors, county staff and the public. Our main business functions include the following:

  • The preparation and maintenance of the Board of Supervisors meeting agendas, minutes and related documents;
  • Maintenance of membership records and rosters for the County's boards, commissions and committees;
  • Licensing of businesses operating in the County unincorporated areas;
  • Coordination of the filing and hearing of appeals of assessed property valuations; maintenance of the County Code and coordination of the filing of conflict of interest documents.

2020 Assessment Appeal Filing Period

NOTE: The 2020 annual filing period for Assessment Appeals begins on Thursday, July 2 and ends on Monday, November 30. Please click here for more information on filing an assessment appeal.

 

Board of Supervisors Meetings

The Board of Supervisors Meeting will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020, which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Office Re-opening

Effective June 1, the Clerk of the Board’s office reopened for essential business. Certain services will be provided by appointment only to ensure social distancing requirements are maintained.
