NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Government Code Section 6061 that the County of San Bernardino, Department of Airports, intends to lease the following locations at Chino Airport. Ramp Area south of building A-440, consisting of approximately 2,556 square feet of ramp for the storage of a container for a period of three years at the monthly rate of $75.00. Hangar A-440, consisting of approximately 4,800 square feet of hangar and 21,450 square feet of ramp area for aircraft painting, for a period of three years at the monthly rate of $2,238. Hangar A- 230, consisting of approximately 14,291 total square feet of hangar and office space for aviation related training, flight training and aircraft storage, for a period of three years at the monthly rate of $2,746.
